Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2‑3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2‑5 business days for domestic delivery and 7‑14 business days for international orders.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact us via the form on our Contact page. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5‑7 business days.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please follow the return process and note the desired exchange in your message.
